Every patient is different!
Understanding that each injury mirrors the ability to understand the obvious nature of differences between personalities. We take pride in being able to recognize these differences in a variety of communicative wants and needs that varies from person to person. We believe in taking the time to get to know each and every person that we get the pleasure of treating and, we believe that it’s these kind of characteristics that set a higher standard in a medical community that over the past few decades has become all the more and more robotic.

We believe that the human experience matters and that each individual relative to their upbringing, culture and overall personality is different and we respect that!
Searching for the best way to communicate we strive for the very best possible means of communication, even if that means helping a patient find an interpreter. Knowing that each patient is comfortable in the environment that we create for them goes a long way in providing a beneficial rehabilitation experience. What works for one person may not work for another, and it’s our goal to maintain these open lines of communication to make sure that each individual patient remains as happy as possible during their treatment process at Broadway Physical Therapy.

We recognize that this process is new to many and we will always take our time to make sure to educate each potential patient we speak with.
