Golfer's Elbow- Is a inflammatory condition often caused by overuse or repetitive motions. With Golfer's Elbow pain is usually present on the inside of the elbow or region known as medial epicondyle.
Tennis Elbow- Is also an inflammatory condition often caused by overuse or repetitive motions. With Tennis Elbow pain is usually present on the outside of the elbow or region known as lateral epicondyle.
How Do I Treat It? There are a few options for treatment. The most common form of treatment is your Doctor will send you to perform some Physical Therapy. Exercises for strengthening/flexibility and modalities for pain relief have proven beneficial. Other options for treatment include: Steroid injections, Plasma Injections, and Amniotic Membrane Stem Cell Injections.
So in Conclusion, if you are feeling these symptoms the first course of action is Ice, Rest and anti-inflammatory. If symptoms do not subside always consult medical advice before symptoms worsen or progress further. Although these are both common diagnosis's they have shown good results to treatment, especially Physical Therapy.
