With the Winter season fast approaching we wanted to give you some tips to be safe.
1) Always wear appropriate clothing when outside to help prevent hypothermia.
2) When hitting the slopes...
- never ski alone
- always take lessons to learn how to start/stop
-Stay on your appropriate trails for your ski level
3) Skating
- always wear a helmet
- make sure ice is frozen at least to a depth of 6 inches
-when falling always avoid the force to your head/face
